Malcolm is a real estate agent in Annapolis Maryland and has been a YouTuber since 2014. He has organically generated over 10,000,000 views on YouTube and his largest YouTube channel, Survival Know How, has over 100,000 subscribers. Malcolm’s Real Estate channel has over 11,000 subscribers and is his primary source of lead generation for his real estate business. He has earned well over $100,000 in GCI in 2019 & 2020 just from the leads he generated and closed from his YouTube channel. He now wears a third hat as a YouTube coach and teaches other real estate agents how to use YouTube for lead generation in their businesses. Malcolm has also given numerous public speaking classes and been featured on the RE TV Podcast, Lab Coat Agent Viral Video, Real Estate RockStars Podcast, and many others.
Military Career
Prior to being a real estate agent, Malcolm spent 11 years on Active Duty in the United States Air Force. He traveled to over 20 countries during his career with his most notable assignment being the 4 years he spent working at the White House. Malcolm was medically discharged from the Air Force in 2017 and this is when he started his real estate career.
