Here you will find some of the best online resources, software and services to use in growing your Real Estate YouTube channel. I have been a YouTuber for over 6 years and have tried many different programs and services and can say these are by far my favorites. I tried to give you a wide range of both beginner tools and advanced tools as well as paid and free programs.

Keyword Research
Tube Buddy
Tube Buddy is a chrome plugin which takes your YouTube game to the next level. From helping you do YouTube keyword research, to suggesting tags to use to showing you what tags you rank for, this is an essential tool for all YouTubers. The most powerful feature is at their Legend level which allows you to do A/B testing of your thumbnails, titles and descriptions. With both a paid and free version, Tube Buddy is worth checking out.
Uber Suggest
This keyword research site was created by SEO expert Neil Patel and allows you to do free 5 keyword searches a day. It will show you an estimate of the terms search volume as well as similar search terms and volume as well.
Keywords Everywhere
This is a paid google chrome plugin which overlays your google search screen and shows you the estimate monthly search volume for any search term you type into google. It also suggest similar search terms to the side and shows you their estimated monthly volume as well.

Easy Agent Pro is the website provider I personally use for my team. It is a beautiful and easy to use website provider with a focus on blogging and video. Their SEO score tracker helps you optimize your blog post to rank in google. This has helped me get my articles to rank on the first page of google for powerful search terms like “Moving To Maryland”. You can also link your YouTube channel to your blog and it will automatically creates and publishes a new blog post with your latest video so you always have fresh content on your site.

Video Editing Software
Adobe Premiere Pro
This is the video editing software I use. It does give you a lot of control and capabilities but does take some time to learn. This is advanced editing software.
Final Cut Pro
This software is only available on Macs. It offers advanced editing features but also does have a learning curve like Premiere Pro.
WeVideo
This is an online video editor that you can use on any computer. The software is simple to use and includes stock video and music you can use in your videos. The site offers monthly subscriptions at different price points. This may be a good place to start if you are new to editing video.
DaVinci Resolve
This is free editing software that does give you some advanced options. This is a popular option for people just getting into videos.
Thumbnail Editing Software
Canva
Canva is an easy to use and free image editing software with YouTube thumbnail channel banner templates. It does offer a paid version with more editing options
Pic Monkey
Pic Monkey is an easy to use online image editing program and popular amongst YouTubers. This is a paid subscription service.
Adobe Photoshop
Photoshop is the image editing software I use to create my own thumbnails. It is advance software and has a steep learning curve. Adobe has moved to a monthly subscription model for it’s software.
Photopea
Photopea is a free online image editor which is just as powerful as photoshop and has a very similar layout. If you are looking to save some money, it’s worth checking out.
Professional Services
Rev
Rev is a professional closed caption and transcript service. Give them a link to your unlisted YouTube video and they will create closed caption file and upload it directly to your video for you. It’s best practices to add closed captions to all of your videos…although I don’t always do it.
Fiverr
Fiverr is also a place to find freelance workers. Typically by hiring them for a specific “gig” they offer. It is common for YouTubers to use Fiverr for thumbnail creation.
Up Work
Upwork is where you can go to find freelancers. You can find video editors, blog writers and thumbnail creators here. You can post a job and have workers submit purposeless or you can browse workers by their resume. I often use freelance writers from this site to write articles for me.

Video leap is a fully functional video editor for mobile devices. I believe right now it is only available on apple phones.
KineMaster
KineMaster is also a feature packed editing software that is available for both IOS and android.
Content Planning
Trello
Trello is free online a project management service. I use it to track my future and current content. I create 6 boards “Video Ideas” “Video Scripts In Progress” “Video Script Complete” “Video Filmed” “Video Uploaded” “Video Active”. I then create “card” with my script/outline inside of it for each video I make and move it from board to board as it progresses.
Live Streaming
StreamYard
StreamYard is the live streaming platform I use for the YouTube Lead Gen Show. It allows me to add multiple guest, display live comments and stream to multiple platforms at once like Facebook and YouTube. They offer a free version.
StreamLabs
StreamLabs is a popular live streaming platform for YouTubers. Tt allows you to display comments and personalize your stream.
